Module calldef_wrapper

contains classes that allow to configure code generation for free\member functions, operators and etc.

Classes
	calldef_t base class, for code generator configration, for function declaration classes.
	member_function_t defines a set of properties, that will instruct Py++ how to expose the member function
	constructor_t defines a set of properties, that will instruct Py++ how to expose the constructor
	destructor_t you may ignore this class for he time being.
	operators_helper helps Py++ to deal with C++ operators
	member_operator_t defines a set of properties, that will instruct Py++ how to expose the member operator
	casting_operator_t defines a set of properties, that will instruct Py++ how to expose the casting operator
	free_function_t defines a set of properties, that will instruct Py++ how to expose the free function
	free_operator_t defines a set of properties, that will instruct Py++ how to expose the free operator
